Terms of Service

NeonSeer is a content and comparison site for mechanical keyboards and PC peripherals, aimed at Australian buyers. We publish reviews, specs, and price comparisons, and we link out to third-party retailers where you can buy the products we cover. We do not sell products directly, process payments, or handle shipping. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site, under their own terms.

Many links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on our Privacy Policy page and doesn't affect which products we recommend or how we rank them.

Prices, stock status, and specifications are pulled from retailers and updated periodically, not in real time. The retailer's own listing is always the source of truth. We're not responsible if a price changes, an item goes out of stock, or a retailer's listing differs from what's shown on NeonSeer between updates.

As of this version of the Site, NeonSeer does not offer user accounts, logins, or a checkout of any kind. The wishlist feature (the heart icon on product cards) saves your selections in your browser's local storage only. It is not synced to an account, is not backed up by us, and will be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. Don't rely on it as permanent storage.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site using automated tools without our permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your affiliation with NeonSeer or impersonate us

The written content on NeonSeer, including reviews, comparisons, and guides, belongs to us unless otherwise noted. Product images, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and review purposes. You're welcome to link to our pages; please don't republish our articles wholesale without asking first.

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We research and test the products we cover in good faith, but we don't guarantee that every spec, price, or recommendation will suit your specific needs, or that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors. Reviews and comparisons reflect our own testing and opinions at the time of publication, not a guarantee of performance.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, NeonSeer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on our content, or your dealings with any third-party retailer or affiliate partner linked from the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We link to retailers including Daily Clack, Keebz N Cables, Drop.com, and Amazon AU, and may work with affiliate networks such as Commission Factory. We don't control these third parties, and any dispute about an order, a delivery, a warranty, or a return needs to go through the retailer you bought from, not NeonSeer.

We may update these terms as the Site changes, particularly if we add accounts, price alerts, or other Phase 2 features. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
